We’ve adjusted our order process to help keep our palaka fabric inventory accurate and flowing smoothly, please see ordering details below.

ORDERING…

When placing your order for clothing, you’ll SELECT YOUR COLOR, but please don’t forget to TELL US YOUR SIZE (per color, if applicable) IN THE ORDER NOTES AT CHECKOUT. If no size is indicated, we’ll contact you by the email address provided, and your order will be on pause while we standby for your reply.

WHAT’S THE TURNAROUND TIME?

Typically up to 2-4 weeks from production to order fulfillment. Each item is cut to order, unless specified 'Ready to Ship'. Each piece then goes through my own quality control process before I send it, to ensure satisfactory craftsmanship.

I'M IN BETWEEN SIZES...

If you're in between sizes and unsure of the fit, just send us a note on the CONTACTS page, and we’ll go from there.

HOW DO I WASH MY PALAKA?

They’re all machine washable. I recommend turning them inside-out (if applicable) and washing with cold water, followed by hanging it to dry. For best results, iron on high heat to get the wrinkles out.

CAN I PUT IT IN THE DRYER?

I wouldn’t, it’ll shrink and fade. It’s best to hang dry it—you'll be glad you did.
