WHAT’S THE TURNAROUND TIME?

Typically up to 1-3 weeks from production to order fulfillment. Each item is cut to order, unless specified 'Ready to Ship'. To ensure satisfactory craftsmanship, each piece is inspected for quality control.

I'M IN BETWEEN SIZES...HELP?

If you're in between sizes and unsure of the fit, just send us a note on the CONTACT page, and we’ll go from there.

HOW DO I WASH MY PALAKA?

They’re all machine washable. We recommend turning it inside-out (if applicable) and washing with cold water, followed by hang drying. For best results, iron on high heat for a refreshed garment.

CAN I PUT IT IN THE DRYER?

Due the nature of 100% cotton fabric, we don't recommend putting your palaka garments in the dryer. It’s best to hang dry it—you'll be glad you did.
